This prayer journal will lead you through the school year with a focus on God
and turn your life around
Change your life from discouragement and disappointment
to praise and thanksgiving for the way God is leading and working in your life.
As a teacher, I found myself feeling weighed down by the stress and uncertainties for this school year and began feeling very overwhelmed. Listening to the news brought continual alterations to school as we know it and that was changing on a daily or weekly basis.
This is how 180 Days of Praise and Promise for Teachers started. I began searching for Bible verses that would be an encouragement. Promises that God is in control and He is with us every step of the way. As my list grew, my stress level began to shrink. I was focusing on God’s greatness rather than the uncertainties of life.

Collene Borchardt ~ Rest and Chaos
As a former school teacher and a current homeschool mom of 9 years, I am in love with this prayer journal from Karen. Upon first glance, it’s beautifully put together. Second, the scriptures are comforting, hopeful, and encouraging. They remind me that God is with me.
I appreciate the prompt to make my gratitude list after reading and reflecting on His promises. And, finally, the color pages are a nice added touch. Coloring has always been a way for me to decompress and spend some time thinking.
Teachers, grab this journal for yourself. It’s perfect to spend some time praying, meditating on God’s word, and coloring after a long day.
